Tortrix have recently started working with the National Council for Graduate Entrepreneurship (NCGE), providing I.T. support services following their recent relocation to the Coventry University Technology Park. One of the first areas of improvement we identified was the need for a server. NCGE have six employees some of which are remote workers. Microsoft had just launched Microsoft Small Business Server Essentials 2011, which provides all the needed functions at a very reasonable cost. Providing file services including desktop PC backup to server for up to 25 users at a single licence cost of approx £250.
