We produce eCare which is a suite of tools targeted towards enhancing patient care and is designed to empower the full range of healthcare professionals, providing them with a tool for managing all aspects of patient care throughout their treatment.

Our range of products are designed to accelerate time-consuming processes, ensure accuracy of patient records, and ensure best practice in patient healthcare.

The eCare Inpatient Discharge Summary is a software application allowing clinicians to record details of a patient’s diagnosis, treatment, and recommend prescribed drug management following discharge. The application records information in real time, allowing healthcare professionals to access and record patient information throughout treatment. This is presented in a succinct summary which is kept in hospital records and sent to the GP allowing concise communication of essential medical details for follow-up treatment.

The eCare Saving Lives Assessment is designed to consolidate data relating to infection control guidelines in a hospital ward environment. The application allows reporting of patient observations  to be monitored and managed more easily. It permits members of staff to input completed observations and generates accessible graphs and images to display information for reporting and reviewing progress in an easy-to-read format.

The eCare Tissue Viability Care Management application allows healthcare professionals to identify patients at risk patients of developing pressure ulcers and produce targeted care plans. By integrating guidance into a recording and reporting solution we are able to enrich the level of care offered to patients. The interface provides a simple solution and individual care plan for each patient following a series of questions to assess the risk of developing a pressure sore. This is a cost effective and time-saving system allowing healthcare professionals to provide the best in patient care.

The eCare Essence of Care reporting mechanism integrates with existing data sources and generates digital reports and reviews, ensuring best practise across a wide range of procedures.

enCompass is our Dashboard tool, allowing the creation of  digital dashboards, providing real time views of critical data. By integrating with existing data sources we are able to provide graphs and images reflecting a trusts operational status. When combined with our eCare products, this provides a valuable tool for reporting and review. This level of detail is presented in a clear format that can help to identify serious issues before they become critical.

Currently both the Inpatient Discharge Summary and the Saving Lives Assessment are in use at the George Eliot Hospital, demonstrating the effectiveness of software applications in producing accurate, efficient and cost-effective solutions.

As well as providing core packages we also provide custom, bespoke development to address solutions not covered by our core offerings, or to customise these solutions for a trust's specific requirements.
