eCare: Inpatient Discharge Summary
The Inpatient Discharge Summary is a software application developed by Tortrix, allowing clinicians to record details of a patient’s diagnosis, treatment, and recommend prescribed drug management following discharge. The application records information in real time, allowing healthcare professionals to access and record patient information throughout treatment. This is presented in a succinct summary which is kept in hospital records and sent to the GP allowing concise communication of essential medical details for follow-up treatment.
eCare: Saving Lives Assessment
Tortrix have developed a simple software solution to record adherence to infection control guidelines: the eCare Saving Lives Audit Tool. The solution permits members of staff to input observations, report progress and review targets, and creates accessible graphs and images to display the information in an easy-to-read format.
eCare: Tissue Viability
The Tissue Viability Care Management application developed by Tortrix allows healthcare professionals to identify patients at risk of developing pressure sores whilst in hospital, and produce targeted care plans for each individual patient. By integrating guidance into a recording and reporting solution we are able to enrich the level of health care offered to patients.
