We produce eCare which is a suite of tools targeted towards enhancing patient care and is designed to empower the full range of healthcare professionals, providing them with a tool for managing all aspects of patient care throughout their treatment.
The Inpatient Discharge Summary is being piloted at George Eliot Hospital, recording diagnosis, treatment, and management of prescribed drugs upon discharge. This allows the clinician to provide a succinct summary of the patient’s details that is simultaneously stored in the hospital records and automatically sent to the GP.
The Saving Lives Assessment is a simple software solution to record adherence to infection control guidelines. The solution permits members of staff to input observations, report progress and review targets, and creates accessible graphs and images to display the information in an easy-to-read format.
Our Tissue Viability Care Management application focuses on identifying patients at risk of developing pressure sores and produces targeted care plans. By integrating guidance into a recording and reporting solution we are able to enrich the level of care offered to patients.
Reporting mechanisms such as the Essence of Care tool integrates with existing data sources and generates digital reports and reviews using our clinical dashboard tool enCompass. This helps to ensure best practise across a wide range of procedures.
